1. Structure principle of general combined rice milling machine

The rice milling machine is composed of a shell, a roller (the roller has a screw rack on it), a rice knife, a processing bucket, and a rice screen. When working, the rice is poured into the hopper to open the inlet knife, and the rice flows into the space of the grinding room and the roller. Due to the rotation of the roller, the rice is subjected to great extrusion pressure and friction, so that the husk falls off, and the husk is ground fine, and the rice grains are wiped white. Under the action of the continuous rotation of the drum, the rice grains are pushed to the exit through the screw rack on the drum, and the exit knife flows out. The chaff leaks under the casing through the rice screen. The chaff is processed by mixing the chaff portion into the feed required by the customer.

2. Adjust the method

There are two main adjustments to be made in the work of the rice mill, one is the adjustment of the position of the rice knife, and the other is the adjustment of the inlet and outlet knife.

The adjustment of the rice knife is mainly to adjust the gap between the rice knife and the drum, such as the gap is large, the pressure of the grinding chamber is small, the friction of the rice in the drum is not strong, so the rice can not be fine grinding, but the rice yield is higher. When the inlet knife is open and the outlet knife is closed, the grain in the grinding chamber increases, the pressure increases, and the grinding out is beige and white, but the broken rice is more; On the contrary, when the inlet knife is closed and the outlet knife is opened, the grinding white room has less rice, the pressure is reduced, and the grinding rice is rougher.

(1) The gap between the rice knife and the drum should be appropriate. The gap should not be less than the transverse diameter of the rice grain, otherwise, the rice grain is easy to break; The gap should not be greater than the longitudinal diameter of the rice grains, otherwise, the rice grains will be rough. The rice knife gap should have a little Angle, that is, the gap near the end of the exit knife should be slightly larger, so that the rice rolled out is more complete.

(2) The inlet and outlet knife should be well matched. Generally, the opening of the imported knife can be controlled in 1/2 of the entire opening, and no more than 2/3. Some old operators will remove the import knife, so that all imports open, it is not appropriate. Because after all open, there are too many grains, the pressure of the grinding chamber is too large, and the rotation resistance is increased, if the exit knife cannot be matched for a while, the belt will slip, and even the machine will be stuck or damaged. Hunan rice machine manufacturers remind you that the export knife should be flexible, in the operation, the rice knife gap and the opening of the import knife are adjusted according to the regulations, and then fixed, then the machine operator as long as the right hand to operate the export knife, the left hand is extended at the lower end of the export to accept the rice, check whether the rice is complete and whether the beige is white. If broken rice, can open large exit knife; If the grain is rough, turn down the exit knife. Both should be taken into account until the quality of rice milling meets the requirements.
