Structure characteristics and working principle of raw grain peeling machine (rice milling machine)

Grain peeling machine structure characteristics and working principle: rice peeling machine is composed of two working systems: grinding white and cleaning. The peeling machine can be used for millet milling, sorghum hulling, bean hulling, wheat hulling, cleaning, corn breaking residue hulling and so on. The material is controlled from the hopper through the inlet ram in the grinding chamber today. The materials are peeled and whitened by the interaction between the grinding wheel, the knife and the iron screen in the white grinding chamber. The husk or skin cut off by grinding, partially discharged through an iron sieve. Due to the suction of the fan, the air duct is discharged from the machine through the vertical shaft of the base. The other part is extracted as the grain flows through the peeler. In this way, complete separation is achieved after two separate cleanings. The grinding degree of grain is determined by the grinding wheel size, machine speed, the pores of the grinding chamber and the pressure and resistance of the grinding chamber. The working pressure in the grinding room is changed by adjusting the import and export grain flow (adjusting the import ram and the export ram).
