Operation method of rice mill

1. Put the rice mill on the workbench smoothly and plug in the power plug.

2, determine the grinding time, adjust the timing knob.

3, take out the thallium pressure in the hopper, take 17-20g brown rice (moisture content is not more than 15% is appropriate) into the hopper, let it flow into the white grinding room. First press the power button to start, and then put down the weight.

4, to the specified time, the rice mill is automatically stopped, first take out the hopper, remove the furriff. Then plug in the connecting hopper, and then take out the weight, turn the front rotating handle to the right degree, so that the milled rice in the grinding chamber falls into the connecting hopper, set the timing knob to 0, press the power button to idle the grinding wheel for a few seconds, so that all the rice in the grinding chamber falls, and then pull out the connecting hopper and get the measured milled rice after sifting.

Precautions for the use of rice milling machine

1. Before the brown rice enters the hopper, check whether there are metal objects and stones to avoid damaging the grinding wheel.

2. After grinding white, pull out the front rotating block and clean up the rice sugar in the remaining grinding white room so as not to affect the accuracy of the sample.

3, white grinding accuracy needs to be determined by the variety of brown rice to determine the number of samples and white grinding time, the number of low-precision samples 17-18g is appropriate, white grinding time is slightly shorter; The number of high-precision samples is 20g, and the grinding time is slightly longer.

4, when the machine is used for a long time and grinding too much water brown rice, rice bran bonded grinding wheel affects the whiteness, you can remove the grinding wheel, brush the bran powder with a steel wire brush, as the original can continue to use.
